Budget from the City:  Russ McConnell was not present - no report.

Web Page:  Chris Overlock reported that he has yet to register the web
site with “My Domain” because he needed to know who to put as Owner. He
will discuss it with Russ. Chris said that he has paid for three months
(a contribution to the Evergreen Committee), but the City should
probably pay for a year in advance.

Fund Raiser: Davies reported that she had given information and
e-mailed the brochure to Carol Loy who will distribute it to her alumni
group. Davies said that she thought the month of July was a bad month
for mailings, and that she would get some mailings out after mid
August.

Evergreen Cemetery Stationery:  Davies asked permission to get at least
500 sheets and envelopes printed for use in fund raising. It was agreed
by consensus. Davies will explore prices with Copper Queen Publishing.
It had already been decided that the City will mail the letters once
they are addressed.

Cemetery Clean Up:  Davies reported that the “Enhancement” Crew (DOC
workers) had started work on the cemetery last week and was going to
work all week, but got rained out.
